Photos of my family

Earlier this month I went to visit my family, which happen to live about 7 hrs away. While visiting, my uncle asked me to take a few photos of his family. I was up for the challenge because I had to figure out how I would utilize the current location that we were at (my grandmother's home), then I grabbed a cute chair from her house, and got started! I love sharing my talents with my family, and the gift of photography is one of the best gifts that I can personally give to my loved ones : ) Here are a few of my favorites : )

Baby Alayna

Once again I had the opportunity to photograph baby Alayna, now at 5 months! She has grown so fast! It seems like it was just yesterday when I did her newborn photos : ) She is such a beautiful baby, and I am excited about these awesome images that I captured of her.

Images of my Daughter

A few days ago I posted photos of my son, and of course the collection would not be complete without photos of my daughter. My 2 year old daughter DOES NOT like to have her picture taken. However, she was a little better this time and although there was not a lot of interaction with the camera, I was able to get some sweet images of her.

In this image she clearly showed me that she was done with her photo shoot! This is a sweet image of her leaning against her dad : ) I love this one!

I really enjoyed this session. Mother Hubbard (as we call her at church) is such an inspiration and a blessing to our church family. I was pleased to be a part of her vision to capture images of her in celebration of her birthday. With age comes wisdom and beauty. Mother Hubbard definitely represents the happiness and beauty of a long fulfilling life : )

Images of my Son

It was important for me to finally capture images of my son. I have been creating memories for others, but I have been neglecting to preserve our own family memories. My son is growing so fast, and it is was really important for me to capture the sweet tender moments at 4 years old : ) Keith did so well, and I rewarded him with ice cream afterwards! Photos of my daughter soon to come....
